# 在pc客户端付款成功后，点击已付款，弹出“获取支付状态失败”或者“支付失败”。

等待30秒后查看订单状态，是否为支付成功，如果支付成功，则表示服务已正常开通。如果订单状态为待支付，系统将会在凌晨四点后更新并开通服务。如长时间未开通服务，请及时联系客服，客服24小时为您服务。
