# PC端点击连接并已连接成功的情况下，仍无法访问外网

（1）      在点击”连接”的时候，确认没有被360安全卫士拦截。出现360安全卫士拦截的时候，应选择允许软件所有操作

（2）      点击右下角小图标退出软件，重新打开软件

（3）      退出登录，重新登录

（4）      重启电脑

（5）      删除文件，从官网重新下载解压，再打开登录。

（6）      退出杀毒软件
